Pixelex Epix, Volume 1

Pixelex Designer Forum, a new art and design community is announcing the release of it's first community-wide project, Epix. Epix run similiarly to an art group release, in that they are release bi-monthly to a theme; It differs from art groups though in the fact that it encourage and welcome community-wide participation. The Epix are open to any member of our forum...

... so, this month, here is Epix 1: Wallpapers.

Members were given the idea of Pixelex and what it means to them, and then asked to best represent it in a wallpaper format through any means they choose (photo manipulations, digital artworks, photography, poetry and writing, etc.). A lot of great feedback so far on all of our member's contributions has been recieved. Please understand this is a community-wide project, so there will be many different styles and levels of know-how in each piece. While the first release may be small, it is hoped to attract more attention and more members. The idea of this entire series of projects is to get as many members of the community involved as possible, anyone is welcome to participate in any of the releases.
